PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Very few R&D companies can claim the expertise of being able to invent complete and unique products. The same executive team that had already done this while at TouchTunes are now repeating this success at A La Carte Media, from concept, through design to prototyping and then full commercialization of a purpose-built kiosk. Not to mention all of the innovative software developed to power the front end, in-kiosk diagnostics as well as the whole back end to enable and support the world-leading smartphone trade-in system. HARDWARE DEVELOPMENT
We have in-house experience and expertise in product design, parts procurement and kiosk assembly. Our engineering team is capable of developing end-to-end products from plastic, metal, custom designed electronics, and proprietary printed circuit boards. To supplement our own internal efforts, we draw on local and international contacts to help, when needed.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Our software development team includes members that were instrumental in bringing to market innovation that is the subject of several dozens of issued patents. Their experience and expertise in both dominant embedded kiosks platforms (Windows and Linux) is unrivaled. As well, the team is rapidly gaining rapid experience in the iOS and Android mobile platforms, having published several apps on both.
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT CENTERÂ
Our Technology Support Center for the BuyBack Booth product has been developed with an eye to making it a market differentiator. No other company, in this space, has trained support staff that can remotely diagnose and usually correct a rare kiosk malfunction. This same support staff is also always at the ready to help during a user-transaction at one of the company’s kiosks.  Â
